AML Policy

LuckyPari Entertainment N.V. is committed to the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and the abuse of regulated gambling for illicit purposes.

Every player is subject to a risk-based KYC process. Standard verification is triggered on first withdrawal, on any deposit above €2,000 lifetime, and at the discretion of our compliance team.

• Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last 90 days.
• Proof of payment method ownership for cards and bank accounts.
• Source-of-funds and source-of-wealth declarations for higher-risk profiles.

All deposits, withdrawals and gameplay activity are monitored in real time by automated rules and reviewed by trained compliance analysts.

Where we identify activity that gives rise to a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion, we file a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) with the relevant Financial Intelligence Unit.

All players and beneficial owners are screened against international sanctions lists (UN, EU, OFAC) and against politically-exposed-person (PEP) databases.

We retain KYC documentation, transaction records and SAR-related materials for a minimum of ten (10) years.

All LuckyPari staff complete mandatory AML training on hire and at least annually thereafter.
